This team of jelly experts create fine English jellies, designs bespoke jelly moulds and curates spectacular culinary events. Bompas & Parr 'operates in the space between food and architecture'. Their projects (which include clients such as Habitat, V & A Museum and London Festival of Architecture) are focusing on Jelly to explore how the taste of food is 'altered through synaesthesia, performance and setting.'
